Our Courier Service

At Ignite Exhausts, we ensure your order is packed with the utmost care and delivered swiftly. For all orders within Australia, we use Direct Freight for delivery, except for small items which are sent via Australia Post. Once your shipment is collected by Direct Freight, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress and stay informed. We recommend logging onto the Direct Freight website to track your order once you receive the tracking number. 

While we strive to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received, this timeframe may vary during peak seasons. Nevertheless, we always aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Australia Post will send email updates for small items dispatched through them.

*Please note: Ignite Exhausts is closed Sundays and public holidays, and all orders are dispatched Mon-Fri only.

Authority to Leave

If you grant Direct Freight “Authority to Leave” your shipment, they may leave it unattended at the designated location, and the delivery will be considered complete. For more details, refer to the Direct Freight Terms and Conditions.

If you do not provide “Authority to Leave,” please mention this in the Notes section of your order. In the absence of “Authority to Leave” and if you are not present during delivery, Direct Freight will leave a card, and you will need to contact them to arrange collection. 

If you do not wish for the item to be left then a $20 redelivery charge will be incurred if there is nobody there to accept delivery. 

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on most orders over $200 within Australia to areas without surcharges, covering all major capital cities. Please note that remote and regional areas will incur a shipping charge upon checkout

Important Delivery Information and Estimated Timeframes

We know you’ll be keen to receive your order as quickly as possible.  Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment.

Our couriers require the recipient’s phone number for each delivery.  We can’t book your delivery unless you have provided us with a valid daytime phone number.

We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition.

Your order will be sent through Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers.

All consignments are trackable on the nominated couriers website.

Unfortunately we cannot send large or bulky items (i.e Exhaust Systems) to a PO Box. All deliveries must be shipped to either a business or residential address.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping will automatically apply to your order over $200 if your location is eligible for this promotion. Upon checkout selecting your suburb for delivery will determine the price of shipping, if any.

Can I combine this offer with other promotions?
Any discounts to your order are automatically applied unless otherwise advertised.

What if my order includes an excluded item?
We only require a minimum spend of $200 to qualify for free shipping.
